- Subscriber Conduct: Spamming is prohibited. Spamming includes the transmission of any form of content that can be interpreted as promotional, pornographic, and other junk data which the recipient has not specifically requested. Holy Shrines will immediately terminate the service / any account, which it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk data. You agree you are solely responsible for your content and you acknowledge Holy Shrines acts as a passive conduit for the distribution and transmission of your data. You represent and warrant the content you provide to Holy Shrines (a) does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (c) is not defamatory, trade libellous, pornographic or obscene; or (d) does not contain viruses or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines. If you violate this provision you will be penalised up to and including termination of your rights to use the service and any other remedies available to Holy Shrines by law.

- Terms. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for so long as you are using the Services. Either you or Holy Shrines may terminate the service at any time, with or without cause. The provisions of Sections 2, 6 and 12 shall survive any such termination.
Holy Shrines reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Holy Shrines may also terminate or suspend your access to the services for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period, as determined by Holy Shrines.
The amount of time that Holy Shrines currently considers as an “active” period is 90 (ninety) days. Upon inactivity beyond this period, the service is completely terminated for the user. Upon termination of the service, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
Holy Shrines shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party

- Data Storage: The Service may include a maximum of 100 kB of free data storage per subscriber.
You agree that Holy Shrines may establish limits concerning use of the Services offered on its websites, including without limitation the maximum number of days that messages will be retained by the Services, the maximum number of messages that may be sent from or received by an account on the Services, the maximum size of a message that may be sent from or received by an account on the Services, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on its servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times and duration you may access any Services in a given period of time.
Holy Shrines reserves the right to limit the rate of growth of the data storage to a reasonable limit at its own discretion and without prior notice.
You agree that Holy Shrines has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption, or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by the Services. You acknowledge that Holy Shrines reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period.
Holy Shrines makes no warranty that any services will be uninterrupted, timely secure or error-free.
- Proprietary Rights to Content: You acknowledge that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or messages distributed, commercially produced information presented to you by Holy Shrines or Holy Shrines’s suppliers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You are permitted to use this content as authorized by the Service or the Advertiser.
- Miscellaneous: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Holy Shrines’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We consider ourselves and intend to be subject to the authority only of the courts of the state of Telangana, India. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Holy Shrines.
Cancellation Refund policy
1. You are eligible for a refund on the Services ONLY under the following
circumstances:
a) If a pack is paid for twice; and/or
b) If the Content Provider is not able to complete your order, within two
weeks for whatever reason.
Notwithstanding the above, you will be subject to 5% of the service charge
towards refund processing fee for this refund.
2. Holyshrines.in refunds, if approved by us, will be returned to the purchaser’s account used for the transaction
3. Payment refunds, when available from the payment provider, can be
performed by our Support team. To prevent fraud and abuse, we limit the
total amount of times users can request a payment provider refund from
their account which is subject to review by our Support team.
4.Filing a dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or
your bank prior to attempting to resolve the matter by working it out with
the Content Provider through the Holyshrines.in dispute resolution tools and
contacting customer support through this Site may get your account
disabled to investigate security violations.
5.Only one refund may be issued for each invoice. Holyshrines.in reserves the
right to grant or deny any refund requests.
Mostly, the refund request is processed within 5 business days, however, in
some cases, it might take up to 15 business days as accomplished by the payment gateway.
